"They do reply, just slow slow"
I had to reach out a couple times before I finally got a clear answer. To be fair, they did reply and they did sort out my question in the end, but it definitely took longer than I thought it would. Not awful customer service or anything, just slow, slow communication and I wish they were a bit clearer with updates along the way.

"Delivery was kind of a mess"
I ordered from theigt.com, the shipping experience was frustrating. Maybe I missed something, but the tracking barely updated, the delivery showed up way later than they originally said, and when I contacted support, I just got the same vague response. I don’t think I’ll be ordering from them again.

"Decent depending on what you're looking for"
The prices were okay overall, but I guess it depends on what you’re expecting. If you just need something basic, it’s probably fine, but for what I paid, I was hoping for a little more value. Not a bad experience, just kind of average

"it looked fine when i first got..."
it looked fine when i first got it, but after wearing it just a few times the stitching already started coming loose. kind of disappointing because i was expecting it to last better than this.

"Wrong order, and honestly it felt a little sketchy"
I was excited when my order arrived, but that faded fast when I opened it and realized it was the wrong thing. At first I thought maybe it was just a simple mix-up, but the whole situation left me feeling uneasy and a bit frustrated. I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt, but yeah, it just didn’t feel right
